The basic Gift Certificate, with the amount of $452.00, is good for a Lifestyle Portrait Photo Shoot, which includes:
✓ Up to one hour of photo shoot at one location that can be anywhere in Toronto, Markham, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby or Oshawa;
✓ A total of 40-60 high-resolution images;
✓ Online gallery for 60 days.
You can also purchase a Gift Certificate with any amount that can be applied towards regular photo shoots and products (see Terms and Conditions for details).
Forms of payment include cheque, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.

| TERMS AND CONDITIONS |
- A person that purchases or redeems a Yuki Noda Photography Gift Certificate, herein referred to as Client, automatically accepts and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
- A Yuki Noda Photography Gift Certificate, herein referred to as Gift Certificate, can be used to pay any for goods or services at Yuki Noda Photography, in part or in full; however, if a discount code is applied to the purchase of the Gift Certificate, Yuki Noda Photography reserves the right to restrict the goods or services this Gift Certificate can be applied to.
- The full amount of the Gift Certificate purchased is applied to the eligible goods or services; there are no activation, maintenance or redemption fees.
- Only one Gift Certificate can be used for a Yuki Noda Photography invoice. If the amount to be redeemed is greater than the goods or services being purchased, a replacement Gift Certificate will be issued, with an amount equal to the balance left on the initial Gift Certificate.
- The Gift Certificate is issued and redeemed in Canadian dollars.
- The Gift Certificate does not expire.
- The Gift Certificate cannot be redeemed for cash or returned for a cash refund.
- The Client who wishes to redeem a Gift Certificate, herein referred to as Redeeming Client, must sign the Yuki Noda Photography Session Agreement, which establishes the general terms and conditions for a regular photo session, at any time between Yuki Noda Photography is notified of the Gift Certificate redemption and the actual photo shoot. Yuki Noda Photography is not responsible for the Redeeming Client refusal to sign the Agreement.
- The Gift Certificate is a digital document sent through e-mail, which can be printed and placed inside a card. In order to be redeemed, the Gift Certificate does not need to be physically presented, but the activation key, which is displayed on the Gift Certificate, needs to be submitted before the Redeeming Client and Yuki Noda Photography sign the Agreement.
- Yuki Noda Photography reserves the right to refuse a Gift Certificate as payment if the activation key is invalid or if there is reasonable doubt about the Gift Certificate authenticity.
- All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.
